Muy bien
Los jardines y las aguas termales
La carretera de acceso está en pésimo estado. Además falta rotulacion en el hotel. El sauna natural, el lodo volcánico, los borbollones, los jardines y el camino de ese sector, deben mejorar esa parte, porque se nota cierto descuido y no se ve atractivo para el visitante.

Fantástico
Las instalaciones estaban muy bien. El personal muy cuidadoso. El muchacho que se encarga de la sauna y el barro hace un gran trabajo. Aconsejo visitar el spa y contratar masajes. La señorita Kendy es buena profesional. Muy recomendable
El desayuno es sólo correcto. El hotel merece más. El gimnasio cuenta con muchas máquinas pero están obsoletas. Tampoco creo que eso sea un problema

Vinimos a aprovechar las piscinas pero lamentablemente no fue posible para nosotros.
Un gran jardín tropical con múltiples plantas bien mantenidas.
Es una pena que no hayamos disfrutado de las piscinas, ni demasiado calientes ni demasiado frías, y además no nadamos.

Bien pero tener en cuenta que es bastante retirado
Cuarto espacioso, varias piscinas de termales, el sabor y los precios del restaurante estaban bien.
Queda lejos de todo, no dejan llevar comida del restaurante a la habitación. Los tours ofrecidos me parecen un poco caros.
